Tim MacCartney leads the expansion of EZRA Coaching, the digital development arm of Adecco & LHH, across the Asia-Pacific region. Tim is a business builder and transformation leader having been responsible for general management and commercial outcomes at large multinational firms including Korn Ferry and CEB, now Gartner; as well as hyper scale-ups like GlobalData and CoachHub. He has lived and worked in the UK and EMEA, Australia and currently Singapore. Connecting with people, customers, processes and business change fuels Tim's interest in business hours. Outside of work, Tim is a coffee, running and travel-with-kids enthusiast.

Leadership & Organisational Coach | Learning & Enablement Leader
Sanaz Kalantari is a seasoned coaching and learning professional with over 20 years of experience in the technology sector. At Microsoft, she led the global coaching services within the Customer & Partner Solutions organization, designing and scaling an integrated model that combined internal coaching with external partnerships like EZRA, reaching more than 60,000 employees globally.
She is passionate about making coaching more accessible, inclusive, and impactful. With deep expertise in leadership development, career growth, and behaviour change, Sanaz brings a thoughtful, systems-informed approach to building learning cultures that help people and organisations thrive.

Jonathan Passmore
Senior Vice President and Chair of EZRA’s Science Board at EZRA
Jonathan is a chartered psychologist, holds five degrees including an MBA and doctorate in psychology and is a qualified executive coach, team coach and supervisor.
Before joining EZRA, he has worked in a variety of leadership roles including with PWC, IBM and OPM, and was managing director for a UK psychology business.He has published widely with 40 books on topics including leadership, change management and coaching and with over 250 scientific papers and book chapters making him one of the most published researchers in the field of coaching and behavioural change. In addition to his role at EZRA, he also holds a Full Professorship at Henley Business School.

AI National Skills Director - ANZ at Microsoft
Tim Allen leads national initiatives to build future-ready capabilities across Australia’s workforce. As AI National Skills Director across Microsoft Australia and New Zealand, Tim works closely with government, industry, and education partners to design and deliver scalable AI skilling programs Tim also plays a key role in shaping policy and strategy, contributing to the NSW Government’s 20% Alternative Pathways Pledge and the NSW Digital Skills and Workforce Compact. With a background in digital transformation and a passion for inclusive innovation, Tim brings a systems-level perspective to the challenge of preparing Australians for the opportunities and disruptions of AI.
